/___All return consignments by customers to imcopex office supplies GmbH on account of wrong delivery and customer complaints will be handled according to the following procedure using an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

General notes:
The RMA number loses validity 7 days after it has been assigned and most not be used for return consignments any longer. Please request RMA numbers only for machines which are to be sent to us immediately.
Please write your complete RMA number clearly legible on the covering box. We accept only shipments wich are carry a valid RMA number.
If it is a customer complaint, please remember to enclose error description, system parameters, test-print-outs and invoice copy.
In case of wrong delivery: the goods must be returned in original and unbroken packaging. Do not write the RMA number on the product´s original packaging!
Note for customers from non-EU countries:
The customs documents for return consignments due to repair work and replacement must contain a note that the shipment is not an import or export but goods-in-transit. This note is indispensable in order to avoid import duty. Shipments which have been incorrectly declared by the sender will be sent back unopened.
