You need a proof of delivery? You want to make a complaint or return a product? There was an error during order entry or delivery?

Please check the goods immediately after receipt. Concealed transport damage must be claimed within seven days. You can complain about the following cases:

  • A defect within the warranty.

  • In the event of transport damage to the delivery, be sure to send the goods to imcopex in their original packaging. Also include meaningful pictures of the box, the defective item and the error message.
  • Some manufacturers carry out direct processing. We will inform you about this and about the further procedure.
  • The costs for returning the goods to imcopex shall be borne by the customer.

After receipt of the goods, we check the indicated defect. The further procedure depends on the condition and type of the product complained about.

  1. The product is sent in for repair. It will be returned to you after successful repair.
  2. You will receive a credit note.
  • Complain about Ricoh items using the SMC Report. You will find this in the menu of your printer.
  • Complain about Konica Minolta items with a Management List. You will find this in the menu of your printer.
  • Complain about Develop items with a Management List. You will find this in the menu of your printer.
  • Complain about Xerox items with a Supplies Usage Report. You will find this in the menu of your printer.
  • Please describe the error clearly. “Is not recognised” or “Does not print” are not accurate error descriptions without a corresponding error message from the unit.
  • Pack used items securely to prevent toner from leaking in the package. We must reject inadequately packaged items.
  • If the printed image is poor, enclose a test printout with the article.
